"So yummy everything we ordered was amazing... Every bite was mind blowing... Abit pricey for neighbourhood food but I guess u get what you pay for... Can only eat here for special occasions... The best paella I've ever had in my life.. It has wok hei strangely and every bite was mind blowing you have to order that. And the tacos... Wow... Tacos was wow... And we ordered nachos as well that was so good we had to lick the plate... The pizza was high quality... I will definately come again and try the steak and other stuff... Oh to add we had some mocktails and it was awesome. Top tip when u arrive just order the paella first as it takes 30 minutes to prepare then you can start studying the menu and order other stuff... That worked perfectly for us as the food came out timely and ended nicely with paella."

"Enjoyed the lunch set meal at Barrio, good value with offerings like Chicken Fajita for rm25+. Environment grew noisy when just one other group had a dining meeting, so sound insulation/echo could be improved. Nevertheless, will still be back for the nice food and Illy coffee!"

"The chicken taco very juicy and flavourful. As for pizza very crispy for the crust. The soup wise very comfy."

"We had their Angus beef and rollito set lunch Both tastes good but not exceptional. Service was excellent as the boss was friendly and helped us to order with good introductions and recommendations. We also got our food quickly. Their menu has plenty of choices, maybe will come back for their paella. The restaurant ambience was clean and quiet, maybe because we were early and there was no crowd. Price wise it’s a bit expensive. Looking for parking was challenging."

"Came on 31st December, expected busy service, and indeed we had our paella served almost 1 hour later, but the food was well done, and the boss compensated us with desserts. Good food with awesome service, though service speed is lacking. For bigger groups please reserve tables, space is limited. Great venue to try south American cuisine"

"Barrio 66 is a Tex Mex restaurant located in Cheras. Good Tex Mex restaurants are hard to come by here in Malaysia and I must admit that finding one right smack in Cheras is quite a surprise. We came here for a family celebration and there were 3 different generations. Fortunately, the menu is not restricted to just Tex Mex as there are some Western favorites as well such as Pizza, Pasta, Chicken Chop and Fish & Chips that the older generation may find a bit more to their taste. We ordered a few Mexican favorites like the burrito, nachos and fajitas mixed with the western dishes mentioned above. Firstly, the Mexican dishes were really good. If your exposure to Tex Mex has been limited to food joints like Fridays or Taco Bell, you have not tasted real Tex Mex food. It is not fully authentic as the spices used are not as strong but it is very, very close. The guacamole and salsa were excellent. Those who went for the "safer" chicken chop and fish & chips were happy with their choices as well. Drinking water is free, just help yourself from the water dispenser at the back of the restaurant. Service was quite fast even though there were 9 of us in total. Parking can be difficult around this area but the Taman Midah MRT station is just right in front of the restaurant."

"always drove past this restaurant as we live not too far from the area and finally had the time to try it! we ordered chicken tacos, chili con carne, gambas(a mango prawn thing), and their entrana(skirt steak). everything was so so good been craving/thinking about/yearning for mexican food for a while now and it really hit the spot. no frills, simple, but flavourful. i am DETERMINED to come back and try everything on the menu... will be dreaming of that skirt steak tonight"

"Food was absolutely great. We tried their fresh baked spinach pizza, roasted chicken with some sides and added some tacos. We had a good dining experience. Though, service could have been with more attentive and helpful for occasions like birthday celebration"
